Sheridan is a clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience working across hospital, forensic, and community settings. Throughout her career, she has provided psychological assessments and treatment to adults, young people and families presenting with a wide range of concerns including trauma, mental health difficulties, substance use, developmental disorders, cognitive impairment or intellectual disability and forensic issues.
Sheridan has particular expertise in risk assessment, including violence, sexual offending and general offending, as well as delivering comprehensive psychological and forensic assessments and reports for the court. She also provides evidence-based individual and group interventions to support recovery and positive outcomes.
In addition to her clinical work, Sheridan is a Board Approved Supervisor with AHPRA and enjoys supporting the professional development of psychologists, registrars and students. She brings a collaborative, strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to all aspects of her work.
