Sally Capper
Sally is a registered psychologist, member of the Australian Psychological Society and has completed a Masters in Counselling Psychology. Sally has a caring, compassionate and empathic approach to psychology and has worked with adults and adolescents (15+) for over 20 years in a range of sectors including forensic, child and family services and mental health.
She works collaboratively with clients and provides a warm and accepting environment to foster growth and promote change. Treatment is tailored to individual goals and needs whether short or longer-term. She applies techniqies from a variety of modalities including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Motivational Interviewing; and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
When not working Sally is a busy mother attempting to raise two emotionally, socially and environmentally aware humans and one fur baby. You can find her at the netball court, on the yoga mat, walking her fur baby whilst listening to podcasts.
