John has an extensive corporate background and as a psychologist has worked with individuals, teams and organisations for over 25 years to create confident connects that improve personal and professional performance.
In private practice he uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness and Cognitive Processing Therapy to enable clients to regain control of their lives.
John is a strong believer of the connection between the ‘mind and body’, and has lectured at the Australian College of Applied Psychology, APM College of Business, Sydney University, NSW Institute of Sport, Fitness Institute of Australia and Conservatorium of Music.
He is a National Coaching Accreditation Scheme martial arts instructor, founder of Esprit Martial Arts and coached his paralympic classified son for several years.
